Alumni

The Property Society has an Alumni group for members who wishes to maintain their network after ended studies.

Ambitions and cooperation

Our ambition is to create a professional and social meeting place for real estate interested students. Through cooperation we work ambiguously towards our biggest project: The Property Conferance.

Networking

The Property Society is the link between real estate interested students and the business world.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SOCIETY

The Commercial Real Estate Society is a student organization with 60 active students from both the bachelors and the masters programs at BI, Norwegian Business School of Oslo. The Commercial Real Estate Society has a sharing interest in commercial real estate, with regard to investment, development and management.

Our goal is to create an academic and social venue for the students at BI, as well as being the natural connection between property-enthused students and the business world. We are collaborating with some of Oslo’s biggest property companies, and our goal is to be professional and take care of our business partners.

The Commercial Real Estate Society arranges monthly visits to companies within the same field, as well as arranging company presentations, lectures and social events. We are also holding a yearly property conference named Eiendomsdagen, where the goal is to inspire the 8000 students at our school. In that manner, we have been honored to have visits from Olav Thon, Christian Ringnes, Martin Mæland, Olav Selvaag Jr, Karsten Kallevig and other well known names in the field of commercial real estate in Norway
